Actually the I'm not four comment is coming from the child watching the news. They are filming the tv playing the story. The child speaking is the one that was molested. She's watching the news with her parents whom put the clip up on youtube.

Not defending child molesters but the girl is fifteen and was apparently 13 when she committed the crime? I think a lot more is going on here than just this child molesting other children.
