Anyone who didn't take a baseball bat to the back of Trump's skull the second they set foot on the stage also bombed.

It really sucks that the concept of a roast has been shanghaied by the shittiest portions of America's pop culture.

Triggerbaby - 2011-03-24

Isn't the point of a roast that it is done by your friends?

schwaeg87 - 2011-03-24

Donald has no friends so they had to get anyone they could find. Hence, the situation. Who was worse? The situation? or Doug Williams at the Emmit Smith Roast? http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=6590

Also I DVRed this roast. I still cannot believe that I didn't skip the situation's part. Seth Macfarlane did a good job though.

fatatty - 2011-03-24

Lately is seems to be all just "whoever they can find". Which is generally the same group of 5 comedians who can't find enough work and snoop dog for some reason.

jangbones - 2011-03-24

I thought the whole thing was weak. There were some funny jokes here and there but the talent was subpar overall and it was very forced. Even Gilbert mailed it in.

Jellyneck - 2011-03-24

Reportedly, Chevy Chase was pretty upset when he was roasted by a group of nobodies.

Chalkdust - 2011-03-24

thanks for linking that article... interesting to read considering it was several years ago, before "Community"

IrishWhiskey - 2011-03-24

The actors and writers in all 'Community' events and panels seem to 'jokingly' despise Chevy and treat him as well-intentioned and funny, but mean and unpleasant to be around.

I was wondering if this was a very consistent running gag based on the character, but its pretty spot-on that articles description of the man.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2011-03-24

Sadly the Internet does have that 2002 roast of Chevy Chase available for our pleasure.

I remember actually being uncomfortable watching this. I tuned into to see Asnthony Jeselnick and this guy's comedy abortion went before him. It'd be nice to have anthony's set on poe as a counterpoint

spikestoyiu - 2011-03-24

I had never seen this Jeselnick character before, but I thought he was the best.

Naugaskins - 2011-03-24

Snoop Dogg is not high enough for this Situation.

fourthguy - 2011-03-24

I had a feeling this would show up here. I also enjoyed the surprise guest appearance by Gilbert Gottfried, though for different reasons.

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-03-24

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
Terrrrrible.

delicatessen - 2011-03-24

The situation has found himself in quite a situation.

Ghoul - 2011-03-24

This situation was incredibly hard to watch. As the situation escalated and the audience began booing him, I felt more and more embarrassed on his behalf. This entire situation has damaged me emotionally.

5 stars.

Xenocide - 2011-03-24

I may not be funny, interesting, intelligent or appealing in any conceivable way, but consider this: I have had sex! With a number of women! Some of them were your girlfriend, perhaps!

Why don't you like me?

Anaxagoras - 2011-03-24

I'll like you if you like me.

Mother_Puncher - 2011-03-24

Either Mike wrote his own "jokes" or he teamed up with Carlos Mencia in an attempt to stereotype himself.

I watched this up until he took the stage and changed the channel because I already wasted too much time watching this.

stage - 2011-03-24

Haha, this was great. If you look online theres some other jokes that he did too that were edited out.

MacGyver Style Bomb - 2011-03-24

FALL BACK INTO OBSCURITY ALREADY.

NewHeavenSalesman - 2011-03-24

think of rodney dangerfield

now act in the exact opposite way

i'm your conscience

Old_Zircon - 2011-03-25

Wow, that was incredibly awkward!

pineapplejuicer - 2011-03-25

i almost feel bad for poor sitch...almost.

the best line of this entire thing was when seth macfarlane turned to anthony jesselnick and said "the only reason youre on this stage is because greg giraldo is dead"

Jack Dalton - 2011-03-25

Andrew Dice Clay is living vicariously through the Situation.

rev.dinosaur - 2011-03-27

At first I was going to say that the giant "Fail" subs were obnoxious. Then I watched the rest of the video.

Dib - 2011-03-28

Pity clap from the woman he's mocking is worth some stars.

Comeuppance - 2012-07-26

From wikipedia:
In August [2011], Sorrentino was offered a "substantial" sum of money by fashion retailer Abercrombie & Fitch not to wear the company's clothes. A spokesman for the company explained that "Mr Sorrentino's association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image."

The video is dead, but that's okay. I watched Anthony Jeselnik's part and then read the situation's wiki and saw that. Five stars.
