It helps to lump them into large groups. If I placed every individual Russian, Chinese, English, etc on a list it would contain billions. But grouping them makes it all efficient. Its better to watch your back then have a knife in it.

I'm about to stop responding to Ocyrus, because all he does is insult my service. We are more disciplined, smarter, and tougher than the others. My 8 weeks at Cape May were hard as Hell. We're under the DHS, but that gives us more power than other branches. If the Navy or Marines were to board a foreign vessel it would be an act of war, but since the USCG is under the DHS we can board foreign ships and not have the same fall out. A USCG boarding officer can take some Navy Seals onto a Russian vessel and not have be an act of war.
I doubt you have been on any VBSS missions and I haven't been on any because I'm fresh out of boot camp. If you knew any thing about VBSS you'd have respect for the Coast Guard.
