Except that Farage is an irritating anti-EU lunatic

Xenocide - 2010-11-26

One of the basic lessons of history is that well-spoken lunatics can really go places.

Diplomacy

Dread Pirate Roberts - 2010-11-26

Also: His balls are huge.

I adore politicians who stand up and tell people to their faces that they are twats.

Nithing - 2010-11-26

Russia Today has a very slightly less obvious agenda than Fox News.

Pillager - 2010-11-27

Ain't it great?

The time RT interviewed Alex Jones was awesome!

memedumpster - 2010-11-26

I guess I should read up more on the conflicts regarding EU politics to better understand this.

Dread Pirate Roberts - 2010-11-26

Sounds like they're trying to unify all the EU countries into a new government collective, instead of having individual countries making it up. That or stifling the ability of individual countries to do what they want.

Shanghai Tippytap - 2010-11-26

I don't think it's so much Dread Pirate Roberts' fox news take on the issue, but more that the EU can't afford to keep bailing out the banking sectors of its weakest countries.

Xenocide - 2010-11-26

Yeah, you really shouldn't be going to this guy for an accurate take of what's going on with the EU. He's basically taking their bailout problem (which is, make no mistake, pretty serious) and blowing it out of proportion to make it look like part of a calculated attempt at destroying European sovereignty.

Supahfly - 2010-11-27

Shanghai, I don't know about the Irish bail-outs, but the Greek one at least was sovereign debt, not private.

ShiftlessRastus - 2010-11-26

I like the Rickles-style crowd work.

Senator_Unger - 2010-11-26

So, is this what America is going to sound like sixty years after our empire has collapsed?

garcet71283 - 2010-11-27

Pretty much...yeah.

StanleyPain - 2010-11-26

Yeah, cut through the accent and semi-eloquence, he's basically just using a similar tea party esque argument because of the Irish bank bailouts.

The Mothership - 2016-07-05

Fuck this man. He's an ass.
