All of the scenes feature cars, sure, but it's hardly "9 minutes of nothing but driving."

Stopheles - 2010-09-14

Forgot to rate it...

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-14

It's about seven minutes of driving, 2 and a half minutes of badly dubbed dialogue, but that seemed a little too long to use for a title.

I sure would like to know where this great music came from. The music makes this movie fairly enjoyable, even without robots, and definitely unique.

The God of Biscuits - 2010-09-14

I have this on DVD.
I HAVE THIS ON DVD.

dementomstie - 2010-09-14

by itself or in the "Essential MST3K DVD"?

The God of Biscuits - 2010-09-14

I have the non-MST3K version.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2010-09-14

Was this originally here as a MST3K submission?

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-14

The MST3k version is in the POETV database. So is the original full-length NON-MST3 version, and even a short Documentary called HOTEL TORGO, that I highly recommend.

The sign pointed this way! Admit I'm right! ADMIT I'M RIGHT!

engrish muffin - 2010-09-14

Way to go Steeve!

StanleyPain - 2010-09-14

By you've probably all heard the stories, but if you haven't:
THere was originally supposed to be opening credits over all of this footage. The director couldn't afford them.

jyrque - 2010-09-14

No.

Really?

Redlof - 2010-09-14

I heard he just forgot.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-14

I suspect that may not be true. Maybe it's just an excuse providing for all those driving scenes. Consider all the footage of two young women driving in the rain toward the end. That could not have been meant to appear under credits.

oddeye - 2014-05-04

Couldn't he have just written them in crayon on some plastic or something?

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-09-14

So, what are we, about a half-hour into this movie?

Nikon - 2010-09-15

'Fraid not. More like a minute.
