Hundreds of strange enemy lifeforms lurk, like "vague blob walking around," "wait is that a screen glitch," and "wall turret." (I loved this game, but the enemy selection aside from the Metroids is not something I would have ever focused on)
That's not the plot to Metroid II.
Like they'd really say that Samus is committing genocide on the Metroid homeworld.
I don't really like Metroid II. Instead of new items opening up new areas, the world is one giant lava pit that recedes after all the Metroids in a sector are killed. The game is as linear as Metroid Fusion.
Yeah, I had a really hard time getting into that one. I don't think I ever even made it to the first boss.
