Essentially, the song is Caparezza (Curly Headed Dude) telling tourists about all of the problems of the Apulia region that they are visiting, including the mob, exploitation and mistreatment of immigrants, big industry polluting the environment ("They think that the Kyoto Protocol is a Japanese porn film"), unemployment, and of all the people who have died as a result of these problems. At the end of the video the corpses of the apulians come back to life and supposedly eat the tourists.
