Can't we just ignore them already?

facek - 2010-04-20

ummm... Did you even see that sign the "Poop" sign in the video?

Syd Midnight - 2010-04-21

Why would we ignore them? It's like watching the worlds largest most in-character comedy troupe.

Konversekid - 2010-04-20

"Who's going to pick the fruit?!"

This guy is so smug I can't judge if he's being sarcastic or if he is just amazingly crazy.

charmlessman - 2010-04-20

Communicable dibeases!!!

Basically, take everything any of them said, and the reality is exactly the opposite.

frau_eva - 2010-04-20

Cholera and communicable diseases. Apparently, the biggest burden on the health care system.

Louis Armstrong - 2010-04-21

The Black Plague!!! Oh wait, TEH LIBERALS will call us racist if we say that one. After all I'm an epidemidillidoo mologyst.

HarrietTubmanPI - 2010-04-20

This will be interesting. For the first time in I don't know how long, we have an entire political movement based out of fear and voting against your own self interests. It's the most self-destructive movement I've ever seen. Not only that, but you have the vultures like Romney and Palin and Brown leeching them dry for every vote they can muster out of them.

Only the Republican party could take the worst part of white people and make it work for them.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2010-04-20

We've had that for years. The GOP has done the "vote against your self-interest" in spades since Reagan, if not before. As Patton Oswalt has noted, if you vote Republican, and you're not a millionaire, you're pretty much just like the girl giving blowjobs behind the tent at the county fair.

The recipient of the blowjob may appreciate it, but they're not coming back to rescue you from the trailer park.

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-04-21

All they really want is something to fear, hate, and get angry at.

StanleyPain - 2010-04-20

-1 for the interviewer guy deciding it would be a good idea to actually open his mouth.

These dumb fuckers hang themselves so much better on their own rope, and even more so when you appear to be indifferent or actually supportive of their cause.

frau_eva - 2010-04-20

"OBAMA IS GONNA BAN FISHING" woman is my favorite. As much as I like the idea of people infiltrating the Tea Party movement and making them look even more insane, holy shit, I couldn't have come up with something that crazy.

Also, don't cut teacher's salaries but abolish the Department of Education. WUT.

APE_GOD - 2010-04-20

I felt sorry for that lady. She seemed human.

StanleyPain - 2010-04-20

What's super awesome about the banning fishing thing is that it isn't even a misunderstanding or just plain stupid interpretation of something Obama IS doing...it's completely and entirely made up from scratch. Glenn Beck inferred it and then some ESPN columnist ran with it, and that's how it got started. It isn't based on anything other than the fact that Obama got a report about environmental concerns for the US coasts or something, it didn't even have anything to do with fishing.

nemeses9 - 2010-04-20

No way am I sitting through more than a minute of this shit.

Five for evil.

Cheese - 2010-04-21

Well I support y'know, freedom.

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-04-21

Do you think there's still a part of them that insists they're not making any sense?

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2010-04-21

This is what happens when you try to willingly lower the educational standards. God this country is fucking stupid/easy to manipulate.

What's really interesting is the balls it takes to openly declare every single lie they utter to the degree they shout it out, with conviction and the praise they receive for it. I mean, the balls it takes to embrace such total falsehood and use Orwell as a means of supporting your mindwashing is among the most Machiavellian schemes that I've ever seen.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2010-04-21

And I have to add, I am really getting sick of them treading out Orwell. Orwell would have hated all of you. At the most you would have earned his intellectual pity.

cognitivedissonance - 2010-04-21

Bear in mind that 1984 is considered 9th grade reading level. You can safely assume that 1984 is THE LAST BOOK THEY EVER READ.

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-04-25

The last book they ever read, and they didn't understand a word of it.

glendower - 2010-04-21

These are just upper middle class people who are afraid the government is going to take their money away from them. "Freedom" for them is the right not to provide tax dollars to help uninsured people with cancer, etc. They only care about themselves and nobody else.

Taking a broader view: It's curious why the media cares so much about these idiots. Even this big tax day tea party didn't seem to attract more than a few thousand people. Compare that to the 10s of thousands of liberals who routinely protested Bush's wars. Generally speaking, the media marginalized its coverage of those protests.

TeenerTot - 2010-04-21

"Glenn Beck is very educational."

5 stars!

fluffy - 2010-04-26

It's like a thousand copies of my crazy aunt :( :( :(
