The predators study the herd carefully, identifying the weaker animals. Once a target has been agreed upon, there is no hope left for the poor herbivore. It's simply a matter of time until the herd moves and leaves him vulnerable to these predators. At that crucial moment the predators strike, give chase and take down their meal.
