Yahtzee mentioned one thing that I thought was odd about GoW 3, 'the power was in you all along.'
That's cute and all, but why didn't anyone else notice? At the end of the game, Athena just barely figures it out that this God-Killing power was within Kratos. It took her that long to figure it out? She didn't get a hint when he killed the other like 6 gods? Being killed herself didn't tip her off he might still have that power?
It just seems like the goddess of wisdom was the dumbest character in that series.
I assume for God of War 4 the gimmick will be that the entire game is just a single, enormous boss who is so huge that his body is the entire game world which will be non-linear and you have to travel around doing quests to injure all of his weak points until he eventually dies of boredom.
That huge boss guy Cronus has a tiny little door in his belt that tiny little men come out of to try and kill you -- well you're all relatively tiny. I assume all the little guys crawling on Cronus live off his dandruff or something.
