I liked quite a lot of Mirrormask, but this scene was sort of like the Futterwacken for me.

Most of this movie felt like a Sci-Fi Original Movie. This scene didn't help.

The only big problem with this movie I had was that the croma key is quite obvious, mainly due to the lighting not quite matching the digital scene.

There's a reason this movie looked so rough: It was basically animated by students, because that's all the producers could afford.

+1 star for for the poor cubicle-jockey who had to render and composite this scene.
