As much as I dislike Chertoff (or Shirt-off as he is called here) and disagree with his views, I admit that he seems to be able to weather the crazy like a fisherman in the rain. Perhaps it was all his years in the in the Bush administration that inured him to this sort of thing... somewhat like working at Chuck E Cheese.
