The House is so crazy.

Walt Henderson - 2009-09-16

I kind of wish we could just tell the whole bunch of 'em to go play outside while the adults finish talking.

Frank Rizzo - 2009-09-16

for a second I thought this was ONN

FineFilter - 2009-09-17

Same here.

KnowFuture - 2009-09-16

...as opposed to the rest of the time, when the Klan stayed home and left people alone...

BHWW - 2009-09-16

I don't know guys; I've seen bands of Klansman riding around the countryside lately. They're just riding around in circles and then coming to a stop and setting up camp til they ride again in the morning. It's like they're...waiting for something.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2009-09-16

WTF is that guy a replicant?

Meerkat - 2009-09-16

He is clearly a Fallout 3 character. And not one of the named ones, either, he's more a "Megaton Settler" type.

baleen - 2009-09-16

That starter frame really does make Hank look like he's about to ask you for a quarter so he can get some night train and fall asleep under a bridge.

Cena_mark - 2009-09-16

Sorry, but the Klansman is with the Democrat Party, I.E. Robert Byrd.

Bort - 2009-09-17

While Byrd does indeed have a past with the Klan if you go back enough decades, he has since denounced the Klan in no uncertain terms, and scores high marks with the NAACP (who gave him a 100% rating in the 108th Congress). Byrd has said:

"I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America. I apologized a thousand times... and I don't mind apologizing over and over again. I can't erase what happened."

So yeah, Byrd once believed some fucked up things, but he has tried to make amends for it. Contrast with leaders of the Birthers who claim there's no racism in the Birther movement while posting racial slurs against Obama on their own Web site.

baleen - 2009-09-17

Yup! Republicans snagged the KKK vote.
That's part of the reason David Duke left the Democratic party to become a Republican, cena.

Most Republicans seem to think that their party has been basically the same party since its inception, unaltered since Lincoln's time. It's as if they were the Dallas Cowboys.

Desidiosus - 2009-09-17

You lie Cena! You're not sorry at all!

Xenocide - 2009-09-16

Congressman Wilson represents..............................................it.

Timothy A. Bear - 2009-09-17

He Chapelled himself.

voodoo_pork - 2009-09-17

Wow, this is the dullest hyperbole ever.

5 stars for Good Ol' American Crazy.

Monkey Napoleon - 2009-09-17

No stars till someone tells me what in the hell that stuff on his neck is.

Twitch - 2009-09-17

The KLAN riding though the countryside. Of his neck.

memedumpster - 2009-09-17

The KKK is a terrorist organization with training camps, churches, and people too fat to often ride a horse. I think we should set up reprogra... ... ... ... education camp... ... ... retreats to integrate them back into normal society. We should probably use the military to do it, if we can find enough of those who aren't also stupid racist fucks.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2009-09-17

You think it's hyperbole now.

Goofy Gorilla - 2009-09-17

I know where the Grand Dragon of Georgia's trailer is, and he is a scary guy with a lot of guns. A little exaggerated, maybe, but after listening to Rush this last week shaking the racism stick as hard as a man can, I don't know.

Old_Zircon - 2009-09-17

In his defense, he IS a black democrat living in Georgia. That'll probably screw up your perspective.

Nominal - 2022-04-19

Turned out not to be hyperbole!

Crackersmack - 2022-04-19

nah it's hyperbole
