Those are prisoners, Ricki, the hero, gets locked in a brutal futuristic prison after killing the guys who murdered his girlfriend. Is one of the finest movies ever made, a mandatory view for anyone.

5 stars for the fact that Ricky fights every bad guy in the movie, then at the end simply knocks down a prison wall with his fist and walks away. Which he could have done as soon as he set foot in the prison, making it a 5 minute movie and saving countless leaf whistlers from being skinned alive.
