Bullshit. Even a first level wizard can memorize several spells, and this guy can't memorize a six minute tirade about how women who're against porn are ugly and jealous. No way is this guy a wizard.
I'd say a sorcerer, but his charisma is obviously lousy, too.
So he went through the trouble of wearing shades to try and disguise the fact he's reading this from a screen or something, then fucks it up completely in every way possible during the readthrough.
