I've had the second one as my Xbox Live profile for awhile now. Almost forgot about that.

I have many diapers, most of them clean."

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-09-05

Alright, these dating videos are always funny...

... Oh, it's by Tim and Eric.

Comeuppance - 2009-09-05

Tim and Eric: Things that would be hilarious if they were real, but just painfully unfunny as a sketch.

rev.dinosaur - 2009-09-05

One day, I hope to be the man who forces people to both watch Tim and Eric videos and post the same boring responses to each one. There is such a person, right?

athodyd - 2009-09-05

if it was me on one side arguing something wasn't funny and on the opposing side was bob odenkirk, david cross, brian posehn, sarah silverman, patton oswalt, fred willard, tom kenny, maria bamford, zach galifianakis, todd barry, and john c. reilly, i would begin to consider the possibility that i don't know what the fuck funny really is.

Camonk - 2009-09-05

Tim and Eric: things you would find funny if you didn't know it was Tim and Eric, I guess because you're a douchebag?

Comeuppance - 2009-09-05

Most of the humor from things like this comes from it being real, at least it does to me. I like all of the parties involved, but not the method employed.
Self-aware and fabricated awkwardness is unfunny to me.

Re: Being forced to watch it:
Oh, you mean I shouldn't vote on things depending on how much I liked it?
What's the fucking point of voting, then?

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-09-05

You people get this way with Target Women, too.

I can't believe how defensive people on this site are about shitty non-humor.

Comeuppance - 2009-09-05

Bob Odenkirk, David Cross, Brian Posehn, Sarah Silverman, Patton Oswalt, Maria Bamford, Zach Galifianakis, and Todd Barry are all funny, but rarely in Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job.

(I've yet to see much from Fred Willard, Tom Kenny, and John C. Reilly.)

Also, guess what, guys: Humor is not objective.

Oh shit!

athodyd - 2009-09-05

Humor may not be objective, but it still may be significant that a number of people who've built a career around being funny consider Tim and Eric funny enough to show up on their TV shows when they're asked to. Again, if it were my (subjective) opinion vs. the (subjective) opinion of a bunch of TV, film, and standup comedians, I would at least be open to the possibility that I am missing the fuck out of something important.

Comeuppance - 2009-09-05

You essentially just stated that humor isn't objective, but that one can objectively determine what is funny through the opinions of those who are successful or experienced.

Example: Eddie Murphy has built a career out of being funny, and Norbit was very successful in the box office. Does that make Norbit a good measure of what should be considered funny?

Senses of humor are built through personal experience and exposure, and, as such, a varying opinion doesn't represent an ignorance regarding what is funny.

I am, by no means, saying that Tim and Eric should be considered unfunny, but I rarely find much humor in the show, and my lack of stars represent that personal taste.

Witty_Pop_Culture_Reference - 2009-09-05

Who the fuck is Tim and Eric and what the hell are all you people doing in my living room?

Camonk - 2009-09-06

I think it's less defensiveness and more that a lot of people on this site like to insult other people and need only the thinnest of excuses to do so.

I guess some other people really care that you don't like Tim and Eric.

MongoMcMichael - 2009-09-06

Karlor gets at extra star for making me smirk. Otherwise, boring and predictable. No noses = comic genius?

Desidiosus - 2009-09-06

You people are all fat.

memedumpster - 2009-09-06

I have found Tim and Eric funny once or twice, but not this time.

Like so many*, I was disappointed greatly that this was blatantly faked. You don't need stupid face editing to bring out the sad awkwardness of real people. This only shows me that Tim and Eric think they're not sad, awkward people without special effects... which is the saddest thing of all.

Also, what a great Tim and Eric fan thread, no special effects needed here either.

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-09-06

FineFilter - 2009-09-07

MY POINT OF VIEW IS ALSO IMPORTANT!

HP Lovesauce - 2009-09-05

funny video is funny.

dicktatortot - 2009-09-05

Yes a funny video is usually always funny, but I can't help but be a little dissapointed that it's not real.

Completely killed the joke about chernobyl...

revdrew - 2009-09-05

This is a funny video because Tim & Eric aren't in it acting like Tim & Eric.

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-09-05

It IS very hard for me to find shoes.

HarrietTubmanPI - 2009-09-06
