The plastic sleeved paper badge the guy is wearing screams "con." I thought the blond person in the "working the room" part of the video was holding a baby at first, but then I thought it might be a camera, but that seems weird to me. It could, in fact, be a robot, or cyborg baby, placing the video into the future instead of the past. This would imply that the cameras were larger due to their being magically advanced technology, probably recording in 3D, as well as all the thoughts of the people in the room as if it were audio.
