I have a neti pot. It's not like this one, though.

If I don't use it every night, horrible things happen in my sinuses.

I think my nasal tissues are a conduit to some dimension full or horrors from beyond the veil of space.

On the one hand, I bet this could really help with sinus and allergy issues.

On the other hand HOLY CHRIST THAT LOOKS SO DISCONCERTING.

What the fuck are the exercises for? Can't you just shake your head around a bit? -1 for sneaky attempt to make us bend at the waist.

I have one. First time I used it , I immediately caught a cold.

When they make the instruction that you refill your pot and repeat the process in the other nostril, they just switched to a different camera's angle of the same sequence.

The frightening looking woman has a wedding ring on, and it is visible in both sequences.

I have one of these. It's really effective for nice, gunk-free nasal passages/sinii and awesome for helping to get through a cold or flu. You need to ask yourself before you go this route though just how intimate with your own snot you're willing/able to get because it's basically like a nose enema. Plus maybe it would work better if I actually did all the hippy yoga moves that the instructions on the box I bought mine in didn't mention at all.

Neti pots are great, but are sorta useless if one nostril is swollen or clogged. That's about 75% of my time these days. But, when it works, it's great. Works best in the shower.

As silly as they look, these things are absolutely amazing. Neti Pot is the only thing that helped my sinus infection.

Missing "androgeny" tag.

They don't work if you have Sinusitis, like I did. Go to the doctor and get some proper meds. Also they make you feel like you're drowning, which made me panic the first time I used it and coughed. Had a sore throat for hours.

I just bought one tonight because my allergies have been terrible. Using it is slightly uncomfortable, but I can already feel an improvement in my breathing.

This thing is GREAT when you are doing cocaine.
