Plumb and Plumber: A Documentary

wtf japan - 2009-01-14

Bruce Willis better kick this retard pill habit real soon or we're going to have another Heath Ledger on our hands.

The Townleybomb - 2009-01-14

"The media is trying to make it Hamas is as far as uh you know Israel's bein' bad."

This whole thing of rebranding the Republicans as the word salad party is pretty brilliant.

dancingshadow - 2009-01-14

Please die over there.

Daymage - 2009-01-14

What the hell is "Joe the Plumber's" stake in Israel? Why would a guy who was used by a political party to show its "regular people" quality care about international events -- especially the intricacies of this region?

I just don't get it.

Rovin - 2009-01-14

He falsely believes he was thrust into the spotlight to serve a greater purpose. There's your reason right there.

Camonk - 2009-01-15

He's a conservative, fundamentalist Christian. He's definitely got a self-imposed stake in Israel. And he's also, you know, American so he's got a stake in whatever he says he does!

I'm just wondering where this massive sense of self-righteousness about the media comes from.

Oh... wait a minute!

Rovin - 2009-01-14

Maybe this'll end up with us having a third-person shooter, like the 50 Cent game. Picture it - Joe Wurzelbacher, his t-shirt stained more than usual, standing atop a pile of dead palestinian bodies, a microphone in one hand, a bloody pipe wrench in the other.

charmlessman - 2009-01-14

"Yeah, the media doesn't like me very much."

CUT TO:

"Yeah, you media? Come over here so I can tell you how to do your job."

I wonder why, Joe, I wonder why.

spencer - 2009-01-14

Oh my head.
He rails against this inherent bias in news media, yet here he implies that he expects a reporter to voice his personal opinion on the crisis... only if he supports, Israel of course!

Also, notice how all these conservative media-bias watchdogs never have suggestions on how to achieve a purer objectivity in reporting. It's just a rhetorical tool they use to brush away facts/details that conflict with their agenda. If they keep it non-specific, they can get away with it!
Somebody make it stop :(

Serendipity brings me this URL:

That and this video... it must have been written. Yes, Joe the Plumber is the right-wing Homer Simpson, folks.

quantumcreep - 2009-01-15

Thanks for the link.

Frank Rizzo - 2009-01-14

you know, if we stop paying attention he'll go away.

OxygenThief - 2009-01-14

So naive and pretty.

Pillager - 2009-01-14

And why would we want that?

I like the idea of the GOP's most stupid people out in the fore front.

Nikon - 2009-01-14

Sweet God, please let this guy die in a mortar attack. Preferably slowly, but if you gotta make it fast to quickly take him out of our misery, I'll understand.

Paracelsus - 2009-01-14

So are, for example, William S. Burroughs and Mark Twain the comely faces of middle America? I ask only to arrange my stereotypes properly.

Paracelsus - 2009-01-14

Oh, and you want this guy to stick around as long as possible, just like Sarah Palin. Because somewhere, in some secret Republican war room where they're desperately trying to rebrand themselves, they just shake their heads every time this asshat takes the stage.

Triggerbaby - 2009-01-14

Why is it that every famous plumber is also a stereotype cartoon?

afp3683 - 2009-01-14

The next day Joe the Plumber woke from a fevered dream. He stumbled to the bathroom sink, and looked into the mirror.

It was then that he realized... HE WAS THE MEDIA ALL ALONG!

baleen - 2009-01-15

I love Joe the Plumber. He epitomizes American stupidity, ignorance, fundamentalist Christian failure, and Republicanism all in one conveniently laughable package. This man is an embarrassment to the GOP and I'm sure they regret putting him on the stage.

Stog - 2009-01-15

I'M NOT THE STORY HERE! YOU'RE THE STORY HERE! WATCH ME DANCE! LOO LOO LOO THE MEDIA IS STUPID LOO LOO LOO NO STORY HERE

Keep dancing for relevancy, you political tool.

KnowFuture - 2009-01-15

oogaBooga - 2009-01-15
