Third-rate Dave Mustaine impression over lame funk bass and crappy Body Count-level thrash.
You're dead on about the bass, but even ST's worst effort fails to approach the suck factor of Body Count. The song would've been alright (if unremarkable), but the chorus kinda kills it for me. 1 star for the song, 2 stars for Rocky and his Pirates hat.
