Is that a deliberate mispronunciation of Eisenhower's name as dWHITE?

Eisenhower was a republican, but booth Roosevelt and Truman who saw us through the war were Democrats. Also Saddam didn't kill his own people because they were of a different religion, but because they were revolutionary.

Hitler was not an athiest. And IN FACT sought after religious artifacts to further his regime. There are several books and documentaries about it, in fact, I recommend "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark" or the slightly fictionalized "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"

FYI, neoconservative doesn't mean "recent conservative" or "young conservative."
