If this were a British PSA, we would've seen the kid's head go through the wood, which would've subsequently torn out his jugular and caused him to bleed to death.
If it were canadian the kids head would have exploded on impact, covering everyone in the house with blood.
I think the tagline is a nice touch. As if to say, "You're from New Zealand, we know you're going to drink. Just try not to kill a child."
