In the interest of fairness, that quote is not accurate and it's a sign of dumbshits that it's constantly being attributed incorrectly.
The "crushing testicles" comment was a question (actually a challenge) made by human rights defender Doug Cassell to John Yoo. Cassell asked if any law could stop Bush from ordering this kind of torture, to which Yoo basically responded "no", there is nothing stopping him.
The quote was not made by Yoo, and it was not made by Cassell as a statement where Cassell was saying he WANTED children tortured. He was challenging Yoo's assertion that the president was above the law by making a dark suggestion.
