I am not sitting through 17 minutes of FATS.

Cleaner82 - 2008-06-18

Anything, ANYTHING but refraining from stuffing your face. Political movements before that, revolutions before that.

GoneGirl - 2008-06-18

I think this is really well balanced in terms of opinions on the issue, especially the doctor who says, yeah, you can be fat and fit, but Jesus, just go the whole way and shape up.

I do think it's a bad thing that people can't get health insurance solely because of their weight. Though that's more to do with a general disgust about the way health care works in the US.

Dinky Patterson - 2008-06-18

Decent start, but after a few minutes there's not much worth hanging around for.

At around 10:30 there's weird shaped fatass in a hat, and after 15:00 there's a fatty fashion show.

delicatessen - 2008-06-18

Needs more party hats.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-06-18

"There are people out there that think that fat people are lazy, that they don't move, that they just eat all the time..."

HOW WILL YOU COMBAT THESE RIDICULOUS STEREOTYPES??

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-06-18

"There is no legitimate health crisis in America today".

Bitch, please.

1:55 gives me flashbacks to Chicken Run!

uekibachi - 2008-06-18

what is with that womans boobs in the red tank top!?!?!?!

anyway, i understand what they are saying about emphasizing health and not body shape but its it a coincidence that people who live healthy lifestyles TEND to be not fat.

fermun - 2008-06-18

A big problem is that we define fatness by BMI, which is ridiculous. BMI makes most people, even people who are in a healthy weight range, overweight or obese. THAT is why 2/3 of America is overweight.

sheikurbouti - 2008-06-18

Banner ad at the top of this page: Gay Chubby Dating

Billy Buttsex - 2008-06-18

First it was defending sluts, next it was defending gays, now it's defending being fat.

Something is terribly wrong with Americans. It's like people don't think lifestyle choices should spawn real consequences.

RockBolt - 2008-06-18

Yes, being fat is just like homosexuality. You are not even trying anymore

fermun - 2008-06-18

If being fat weren't just like homosexuality, why would the main banner ad be for gay chubby dating?

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-06-18

Here I come, boob diet!

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-06-18

That was a response to Billy and not fermun although really it could work at a response to either.

glasseye - 2008-06-20

Something's terribly wrong with Billy, but we all knew that.

Operation Cornflakes - 2008-06-18

Don't miss Diedra Babe at 15:38

zatojones - 2008-06-18

she's such a ham

Dr Dim - 2008-06-18

There is no way they can convince me that being four times the mass of an average person the same height is a valid lifestyle choice. Even if their blood pressure and cholesterol is somehow normal, their knees and hips can't last long under that kind of pressure.

FABIO2 - 2008-06-18

I know a morbidly obese girl who blames her bad knees for not being able to exercise.

Killer Prunes - 2008-11-12

Okay.... other people have to read the scales for them....
