Poignant, without context.

Probably the best part of the movie, though it's been awhile. The thing about Satan is he tells a MEAN story!

VoilaIntruder - 2008-06-03

That's how he gets ya.

Satan is a Carnival-Barker. Except the price of admission is your Eternal Soul.

Really didn't recall this part. Probably because Charlize was in some stage of undress throughout the movie as shown.

Yet this movie sucked

Still love Amadeus, though.

Even the Devil acknowledges that global warming is real.

Get rid of Keanu and the ending, and this would've been a pretty good movie.

voodoo_pork - 2008-06-03

You basically just have Al Pacino talking to himself.

Which is actually a good idea now that I think of it.

They have a movie like that: it's called Looking for Richard, and it is fucking unbearable.

FABIO2 - 2008-06-19

This movie had one major underlining flaw: the devil directly kills people who reject him.

Not only does it go against the basic foundation of Satan in literature, it goes against the multiple 5 minute speeches Pacino makes in this movie about free will.
