I remember this commercial.

Well, I do now.

This commercial made me deathly afraid of whipped cream when i was a kid.

Yep. This commercial is very much in the same caliber as many of the advertisments found in the old Nintendo Power magazines.

Now those were some nasty ads.

The period when Nintendo's slogan was "PLAY IT LOUD" was an embarrassment for all involved.

This was the visual equivalent of those ghastly Earthbound "smell-o-vision" ads that had the stench stay in your house for WEEKS.
