Part of "The Dark Side of Environmentalism," which I believe is a series the Motion Picture Institute puts out and feeds to the chattering pseudo-intellectual ditto head class, the same people that have been doubting that global warming existed for the past 40 years but now suddenly feel that it does, albeit begrudgingly. Their offices are located, of all places, in Tribeca, probably one of the most liberal places in the country.

For an article that doesn't make either the mining group or the environmentalists look insane:

I don't have enough space to type out how pissed off these people make me.

5 stars for smiles being more important than health care or education.

Yes, the guy is an idiot, at least what they show of him. However, WWF is not the even the organization that spearheaded the preservation effort, as the documentary suggests, so they aren't even talking to the right guy.

I think they used Eadweard Muybridge images for their logo animation. Bastards.

Five stars for genuine evil.

OK, so they're retarded, right-wing, Michael Moore-type propagandists, but is any of this really worse than those global warming commercials that the Competitive Enterprise Institute aired?

They are very connected with Competitive Enterprise, National Review, Ayn Rand Inst., Cato, American Enterprise, and all the other "think tanks" that have the word Enterprise in them.

They DO do some things that are decent. Coverage of revolutionaries who fight communist thugs, for instance, but really... That's sort of a no brainer.
