Five in the UK horrifically ripped these off and, I think, still use them all the time. The only difference is they do it in a more 'ordinary' fashion in their trademark Helvetica-bold typeface.

Wow. I actually like this one more than the Pulp Fiction one. Its definitely the best one Ive seen. Its design sense is better than the Pulp Fiction one and has an amazing layout of type.
