#1 Oi isn't a "ska" term. It's the English version of "hey" and is applied to a bunch of skinhead bands from that country.
#2 This is a crappy cover of a crappy song by a band that had no business existing in 1996. The original Vandals were good, but the Christmas album this song is off and any of their recent stuff is garbage.
