My God, she's the worst liar ever.

She probably looks so terrible that they had to diffuse her face to keep people from changing the channel. It's also possible that she is one of those bitches that insists on looking at the monitor and complaining for three hours before anybody can shoot, so the camera guy put the diffusion on to shut her up.
