I always liked how they shoehorned in sound effects from the games at times that made no sense. "Oh, look, the Princess is dressed all 90's and skanky. Let's emphasize that with the 1-up sound."

God the voice acting. Milli and Vanilli sound like they're from India and the koopa girl sounds like stabbing my eardrums with an icepick. DIC is the worst animation company in the history of existance.

I will pay someone if they can show me how much it cost to play the same 30 second loop of one Milli Vanilla song at that time. I would guess 0.

This entire show was like this. It never got any better than this. Ever. We were horribly disappointed by it, but by God we watched it. We watched it because it was Nintendo, and Nintendo was awesome.

It was a strange time to be alive. A very, very strange time, indeed.

Of course, we wouldn't touch the Super Mario World cartoon with a ten-foot pole.

Shouldn't the music and singing have continued even after Milli Vanilli were kidnapped from the stadium and flown away?
