The truly horrifying thing is when the Republican-controlled Senate (with the help of Dems in vulnerable districts) let Trump get away with this shit, He'll just start escalating because he knows he's unstoppable.
He'll just literally start shoving taxpayer dollars into his own pockets. He'll sell federal land to foreign dictators & corporations and keep the money for himself.
He'll get on TV and tell people if they murder illegal immigrants, he'll pardon them.
Probably not, but Christ, you never know. All of these things are possible. Trump is completely amoral and capable of anything, but that doesn't mean he'll do this sort of thing unless he feels himself to be really cornered. So I don't think any of them are probable, but that's the thing: you just don't know these days.
