Voted this down because while the story is sorta newsworthy the drawn out video games vblogger commentary is tedious.

I think most of the outrage here is centered around a capitalist conglomerate bending over to please an insecure authoritarian state. Which is exactly what you'd expect.

EA's going to have to work hard to outdo this.

All of this serves them right for even PRODUCING Hesrthstone. It’s a genuinely terrible game with no redeeming gameplay options. The players goal is either to use RNG effect cards ad nauseum with no strategy possibly for the opposition, or use an inflexible (and expensive) set of meta decks worked out by autistics thirty minutes after the expansion releases.
