it's always a good sign for a campaign when the first thing most people hear about a candidate is his getting booed mercilessly

thank god he had the strength to stand up and take a strategic position that will allow him to funnel healthcare industry moneydollars into his campaign, how brave, what a straight-shooter

He is truly a maverick.

The crop of grifter Democratic candidates is pretty annoying. It just goes to show that the right doesn't have a monopoly on grifting politicians. Of course, we on the left tend to prefer that the grifting be kept to a minimum, and there's a certain amount of grifting/immorality that we simply won't accept. So, we have standards for our grifters. That's what makes Democrats better than Republicans!

The Democratic Party has been refuge to moderate republicans for a while now. By moderate I mean still greedy as fuck but wanting to lawfully exploit gays and minorities instead of alienating them.

We must always be grateful to our inhuman overlords. They could just kill us outright.

Never forget, wealth and power literally cause brain damage.

"*I* was saying 'BOOOOtiful universal healthcare'..."

Binro the Heretic - 2019-06-06

Don't these fuckers get it yet?

Xenocide - 2019-06-06

Roughly 2/3rds of the Dem field is made up of guys like this. The ones who no one can tell apart because they're all old white political men, who have no proposals whatsoever other than "I'll beat Trump by being as boring as possible."

Scrimmjob - 2019-06-06

If there's ever universal healthcare in the US (I doubt it), you can bet that it will fucking suck, bad.

This was funny though, so 5 stars.

Marlon Brawndo - 2019-06-07

I don't think I've ever seen this at a political convention before. It's stunning. I mean, after he said he was for universal healthcare I thought that would subdue the anger, but...wow.
