Eh. Pretty much only affects people whose immune systems are compromised. It's less apocalypse, more what's finally gonna pick you off after you've been in hospice for a month.

That depends on what level of weakened it needs. Even healthy younger people have moments where their immune system gets weakened due to stress, lack of sleep, etc.

You might scoff at it but I've seen it in action. "Immunocomprimised" Is much more than just old people in hospice. It's people with any kind of transplant or born with a genetic disorder, or people with HIV.
