No way. The excessively bright & chipper sound of progressive house suits MLP much better than the more ethereal sound associated with progressive trance.

Yeah, I was going to say, I'm a lot more partial to progressive trance myself. House music I can take or leave, but give me some Above & Beyond or AvB and I'll be grooving moontan nocturnal for weeks!

Anaxagoras is right, and that's one of the reasons why I can't really get into brony music - which is full of ukeles, nightcore, and emo singer-songwriter vocals. Some ponymetal artists are pretty good ( L-Train, for example) and I can appreciate the "brony jazz standards" ("Avast Fluttershy's Ass") as much as the next guy, but... man. Some people are just way too happy all the goddamn time.

All kidding aside, the one brony progressive house musician I actually listen to is Mittsies. He (she?) does trance, too, so it balances out.

If anyone here is genuinely interested in exploring brony house music, I really can't recommend Mittsies enough. She (he?) is best known for producing porn music and has a god-given talent for making supersensual beats; sort of like a chilled-out, millennial Praga Khan.

Yeah, they're jerks. There's a silver lining, though: Chris is making a modest but steady income as an artist now, and that's largely because of his detractors. The A-Logs and Asperchus may have won a couple battles, but Christine is winning the war.
