I don't think I'd feel comfortable in the audience for one of these shows; an ex of mine used to date the guy who started Found Footage Fest and brought me all the DVDs, and the videos were funny, but the live commentary was unnecessary and never funny. EiT's not FFF, but I can imagine the live show going down in a similar way. It's cool that they played at Borg Ward in Milwaukee though, that place would be awesome, because it's not seated the way that the venue they use in Portland is. Stuck in the middle of row of seats and having to wait it out before I get more booze doesn't sound like much fun, but a regular standing-room music venue sounds like fun.

Boomer The Dog - 2015-12-03 I've been to several, including Doggiewoggiez! Poochiewoochiez! and Christmas one. "I'm an elf, work work work work work work". It's a loud fast stage show, with monster costumes, stories and puppets, and the videos pretty much speak for themselves.

EvilHomer - 2015-12-03 Oh wow, that's neat. I know you're a big fan of Doggiewoggiez, and I've seen the clips before, but I didn't realize they actually dressed in the costumes themselves. That must have been super fun!
Also, sort of related, but you remember in Doggiewoggiez, that dog game show, Boners? Did you ever find the original? I'd love to watch Boners all the way through, without the editing, but searching for "dog Boners" on the internet doesn't return what I'm looking for.

Boomer The Dog - 2015-12-03 Oh I can see that search not returning quite what you want. EIT sure does put their all into the shows, and it moves fast, and with costumes they build. It's like adult kid entertainment rather than a film festival, and that's why I like it. There are even jokes in that by the guys, like about the Christmas one being an 'all ages show', but it really wasn't, that was a joke. I don't follow too many groups, but those guys got me with Doggiewoggiez! and their culture jam, and I really like that stuff.
I did save that Boners edited video, but haven't found a better copy. My strategy is, I don't always go on a hunt for something right away, but I keep looking for Dog stuff all the time, so I come across things I've been looking for regularly.
This year I found apparently every episode of the Woof! TV series, encoded poorly in HEVC and with subtitles, but at least I can see them and follow the story, and do reviews on the 9 series from 1989-97. Woof! has to be in the top ten of my TV Dog shows by now.
I got others like K-9000, Bark, Dog City just by looking around casually.

infinite zest - 2015-12-02 Yeah.. I'd love to track it down somewhere. Seems like it came out just a little too early for the "so bad its good" appeal of Snakes on a Plane, Sharknado and the like, which have now gone too far into forced ironic humor. Good news is it's on DVD for 5 bucks and Christmas is right around the corner.. :D

BHWW - 2015-12-03 I caught it on TV years ago, on what was still called the Sci-Fi channel (not SyFy) aired in the very early hours of the morning, one of those late 1990s-very early 00s films they had picked up somewhere and would air in the odd hours of their schedule and looked like a series of live-action videogame cutscenes stitched together. Very low budget. PS spoiler alert, the wisecracking teen cabbie who accompanies the protagonist turns out to be the scientist who created him, having suffered a lab accident or something that made him go all Benjamin Button.
