I'm more familiar with Genki Hitomi's work doing the vocals in the Sega arcade/Dreamcast/PS2 game FERRARI F355 CHALLENGE: PASSIONE ROSSA, but this song really isn't that far off from that sound despite having been recorded about a decade earlier.
