That's why GTA VI is going to have a factory farm mission where the object is to torture pigs, chickens and cows in the most cartoonishly horrific ways possible in order to infiltrate the local drug lord's front. It's satire.

San Andreas was a fun cartoon with just enough 'realism' (early 90's L.A. tragedies, having to keep up with eating) not to be annoying. Then Rockstar got obsessed with trying to make GTA games that were like interactive Scorsese movies. I could never play IV more than a few hours. V was almost a return to form but the story missions were too on the rails to be very enjoyable.
