infinite zest - 2015-02-03 The bull was in some parody movie too.. can't remember if it was Zucker Brothers or Mel Brooks, but I never got the joke. Also didn't know that Schlitz made malt liquor. If you live in the Midwest or are really inclined to try the regular beer, they started brewing it again in 2006 or so. Tastes like it sounds.

It's no surprise he'd do an ad for Schlitz Malt Liquor Bull, Rufus Thomas was way into animals in his songs, he has a number of them, like Tiger Man, No More Doggin', The Dog, Funky Penguin, Preacher And The Bear, Monkey Do The Dog, Funky Chicken, Bear Cat, and of course Walkin' The Dog, which might be what started it all.
He was a serious animal guy!
