I have a couple of these I found in the box in a junk drawer not cleaned out by the previous tenet. It really is a good knife.

Frozen baked potatoes? Weird concept but I still think they'd be easier to cut than a regular block of ice.. anyway this is a side of Ashens I haven't seen before, and I really like it. I also used to live with a guy who named his knives. Put their names right on the handles and got mad if I used them like they were his girlfriend or something.

I was hoping he'd go to town on the couch. Oh well.

Yeah, the preload image is a bit of a letdown.

MacGyver Style Bomb - 2014-12-14

When the couch does go, Ashens has to give it a viking funeral at this point.

This might be a good knife, but calling it "the world's sharpest knife" is a bad joke to anyone who knows even a bit about the actual mechanics of sharpening.

Old_Zircon - 2014-12-14

Judging from the demo, this is less a "very sharp knife" than it is a "fairly dull saw."

There is method to the madness, the shallow serrations do help keep most of the blade out of contact with hard surfaces so it keeps that factory new edge longer than a straight blade.

if I remember my "How It's Made" correctly, Schick razor blades would technically be the worlds sharpest production "knives"
