Too bad it is chambered in 9mm.

Binro the Heretic - 2014-05-07

What worries me so much about gun enthusiasts is the degree to which their little hobby is wrapped up in fantasy.

Zombie apocalypses, "Mad Max" wastelands, alien invasions, communist takeovers, doomsday survival, they quite literally daydream about scenarios where their willingness and capability of mowing down people and subjugating their enemies with threat of death will make them powerful.

BorrowedSolution - 2014-05-07

Okay okay okay, that's at least the 1000th time the same sentiment has been put across on poeTV. It's getting a bit old-hat now.

But gun enthusiasts all have small dicks, that's for sure.

theSnake - 2014-05-07

Yeah I'm so sick of reading these gun violence headlines these days

"Man goes on rampage with Aliens 2 replica pulse rifle 3d printed from internet"

It happens all to often.

Binro the Heretic - 2014-05-08

A fair enough statement.

However, gun enthusiasts should accept some culpability when they fight hard to keep guns freely available without background checks or waiting periods.

The Mothership - 2014-05-07

I'd buy one. Seriously.

"THIS ITEM IS NOT FOR SALE, DO NOT ASK TO BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST

MAX-41A will not be going into production. Due to the personal time and effort it would require to produce them, even in small quantities, it would not be a good investment of resources. We have other new products to design, manufacture and sell and this project would just delay them."

which is a shame, because a ton of Alien and gun nuts would buy these things.

Oscar Wildcat - 2014-05-07

For the kind of coin you'd need to drop on this dog, you could prolly buy an AA-12. Why mess with the kids stuff?

oddeye - 2014-05-07

Other than the expendables, what coo movies have featured an AA-12 as part of the plot?

Syd Midnight - 2014-05-08

A good episode of FPS Russia, for one

Gmork - 2014-05-07

Gets no stars for retarded submitter.

Jet Bin Fever - 2014-05-08

wow, you sure showed him.

memedumpster - 2014-05-07

This is actually a really shitty looking version of the awesome badass gun they made for the movie. It has all the same parts, but this guy fails hard to make it look as cool.

And that sound is so wrong it makes my dick ashamed to be associated with guns.

fedex - 2014-05-07

Didn't the movie one have a grenade launcher?

memedumpster - 2014-05-07

It had a shotgun they used as a grenade launcher for the prop.

Nominal - 2014-05-08

Everyone is missing the point. What made the gun in the movie cool was the SOUND EFFECT.

Syd Midnight - 2014-05-08

IIRC the movie version was a Thompson submachinegun underneath all the plastic furniture. I'd rather have that because .45 > 9mm

Oscar Wildcat - 2014-05-08

The whole "guns dry humping each other" thing works great in fantasy ( calling Dr. Freud! ) but really, look how awkward the thing handles in real life. It's either a boat anchor sized shotgun or a strangely runty rifle.

oddeye - 2014-05-07

I thought that said "Lego Manufacturing MAX 41A" which would have been pretty disappointing too.
