I never saw this anime but I do have this opening in a montage of anime openings at the end of a VHS fansub... I think it might have been the final GUNDAM 0083: STARDUST MEMORY tape. I don't think the English voiceover (from the US Renditions dub or "Engrish" from the original?) was included, though.

I remember reading the Manga for this thing when I was 12 or 13. It was pretty cool.

My favorite episode is the one where he meets with this Scottish cousin, O'Guyver.

Now I know why Japan is an island. They used to be connected to the mainland, but all the super-powers causing rocks to levitate when they'd transform must've eroded the coastline.
