I gotta admit, the promos had pretty great cinematography by local news TV promo standards. That boat promo can't have been easy to film, I'm gonna guess that they had to make at least two trips out to sea, one to get the shots from on the boat with the news crew on board and the other to get the shots taken from the other boat where no camera guy on the news crew boat is visible (though I suppose he may have been hiding below deck).

Horns were really big back then, I guess.
