Skipping this one, but wanted to ask if anyone here has played this game? I was really excited about it until the reviews started rolling in. The game LOOKS brilliant in terms of concept, chances are I'll buy it on a steam sale way down the road.

don't worry man i got you covered, it's poopy

if you got a cyberpunk itch, scratch it with any game from the deus ex series if you haven't already

this game's got some god awful writing and boring-ass pretentious scripted sequences that are entirely trial and error, really breaks up the flow of gameplay. the casuals love it since it holds your hand nice and easy through the pointless digest. this one's a certified polished turd

WHO WANTS DESSERT - 2013-06-10

The marketed the game around the memory re-writing gimmick and it only appears four times in the entire game. And one of those is the tutorial. All the rest is just a bad Uncharted clone with some cool environments.

Aelric - 2013-06-10

Seriously? I stole it and played about three hours, dug the memory thing WAY more than the real game. Only four times?! I'd rather play a game that is all that stuff than the crap brawler it is trying to be. Glad I stole it.

By the way, before someone get's all "You are hurting the developers" on me, I steal EVERY game on PC, but I buy Every one worth a damn on steam later, sale or no. Since demos don't exist in any meaningful capacity anymore, it's just the way to do it.

I did that with Deus Ex: HR. I WANTED to believe it was good, but I have my skepticism about sequels/prequels a decade later. Didn't take me long to go ahead and purchase.

Are the trial and error, hand holding parts you're refering to the memory sequences, zerdzer? Most of the reviews said those were the best part. If that's the case, well...

Speaking of Deus Ex, is it possible to get Invisable War to run on any modern PC? (Semi modern, in this case, it's only a couple years old.)
