The most basic concept you learn at Firefighter Academy is "Try Before You Pry", because when confronted with a closed door, many guys' first instinct is to use a Halligan tool or lockpick or whatever, rather than to simply grasp the doorknob and try to open the door. This video is an example of the universality of that concept.
