I remember hating this show when I actually rented anime from the video store in the 90s. It was so incredibly boring. I'm pretty sure this is a dupe too, strange that it isn't showing.
This is...different...than the Lodoss I remember watching in Jr. high.
This is not at all in the original spirit of Record of Lodoss War.
We always fast-forwarded right past these clips when watching the show.

This reminds me of those Evangelion shorts they made, where they're all just normal kids in school having wacky sitcom adventures.
Seems most of you saw the long tv series, which is pretty bland. The shorter 13-episodes run is far better.
What he said. I loved the 13-ep OVA and couldn't stand more than two episodes of this thing. Funny enough, when I was younger I thought that these little clips were the best part. I had horrible taste.
