Nope. They commonly misfire on the genre they are trying to parody.

For example the tone they're at here is family film or comedy, when the film they're parodying is adventure, and the discontinuity here isn't part of the joke they are setting up.

This one hit a few good marks. I can only hope that George Lucas goes to his grave AFTER finally realizing that he got very lucky with the help of a lot of other people's efforts and that he became a parody of everything positive anyone thought about his movies.
