Pierce Brosnan was especially good in Polanski's Ghost Writer several years ago. Every time I look at the preview for Zero Dark Thirty it gives me chills as I know it does everyone on Poe News also.

There was a short series of these movies with Brosnan, based on novels supposedly based on incomplete story notes left behind by Alistair McLean (written by someone under the house name of Alisdair MacLean or something like that)
