Hollow Earth, eh? Now I know what Neal Adams watched as a kid.
"IT'S TALKING FOREIGN!"

I insist upon the Paul Frees tag.

The Beatles were very disappointed with this cartoon, and nearly didn't go along with "Yellow Submarine" fearing it would be another this.
Does Neal Adams hold that there's a sun floating at the center of the earth, as depicted in this cartoon? Or is that just a Skartaris thing?

cognitivedissonance - 2012-11-30 Disney wanted them as the vultures in "The Jungle Book", and this is what soured them on the idea.

Highly inaccurate, no mention of the Nazis who escaped to the Hollow Earth or their use of Vril-powered saucer-craft to visit the surface.

"Hey there's a well! WHHOOOAAAA" was far more amusing then it had a right to be.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2014-07-19
The cartoon sucks, except that it featured awesome Beatles music that you couldn't hear on the radio, and there was no YouTube. This is where I first head one of my all time favorites "And Your Bird Can Sing", which was used for the opening credits.

"I SAY, OLD CHAP, WE RIGHTLY SOUND PROPER BRITISH NOW, GUV"
I do love this song though.

Can't find a youtube video in which the song isn't removed. Here's a link to an intact version:
